I like that this is simple to use and doesn't require a messy cream or lotion. You do have to use several packs of this over the course of several months. I think it's an easy enough thing to put on before bed. Since I just received this item ( and it requires several months of use) I cannot 100% say one way or th e other that it works... but I do like the alternative option.The band-aid seems pretty large but it has three different "wings" to help it wrap around your toe. I would suggest wrapping the middle one first and then the top one over the top of your toe. You aren't supposed to be wearing nail polish with this patch - however I just wanted to demonstrate the product since there were no other photos like this yet.

This product is great for anyone having issues with toe fungus. I especially like that this product is applied with a bandage that prevents the ointment from being rubbed off accidently and it keeps the area clean.
